Kaybox Ltd provides website and growth system services, including:

• Website design and setup
• Lead capture systems
• CRM and automation setup
• Ongoing system support

All services are delivered based on an agreed scope.

3. QUOTES AND PROPOSALS

Any quote, estimate, calculator output, or plan provided is for guidance only and does not form a binding agreement until confirmed in writing.

4. PAYMENTS

• Setup fees are payable upfront
• Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other providers

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

5. MONTHLY SERVICE

The monthly fee covers:

• Website hosting and system access
• Maintenance and updates
• Ongoing system operation
• Support where required

This is an ongoing service, not a one-time product.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond in a timely manner when required
• Use the system responsibly

Results depend on how the system is used.

7. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee specific results such as number of leads, enquiries, or sales.

Our role is to provide and maintain a system designed to improve conversion.

8. CANCELLATION

• A minimum term may apply (e.g. 12 months)
• After the minimum term, services may be cancelled with notice
• No refunds are provided for work already completed

9. LIABILITY

Kaybox Ltd is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits
• Issues caused by third-party platforms
• Misuse of the system by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All work remains the property of Kaybox Ltd until full payment is received.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party platforms and tools to deliver services.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by these third parties.

12. SERVICE CHANGES

We may update or improve our services over time to maintain quality and performance.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
